The room had not been cleaned in a long time. Urine stains in the bathroom, fecal stains on the bed, one towel for a two person room, and hair in the sink. I will stop here..

The bathroom was similar in cleanliness to a gas station bathroom, the toilet would not flush and the shower was a dribble of water.
The phone line was cut in the room, just an exposed wire.
The tv did not work.
There were handprints on the wall above the bed. Someone must have been standing leaning against the wall at the head of the bed.
