The employees were all very nice.

No heat in the room which made it impossible to shower as the room was very cold. I let the front desk know but I guess it was not possible to fix. The COVID issue ended a long time ago, that excuse for not offering anything other than a bed and a cold room is only a way to keep from spending any money on normal upkeep of property. I feel bad for the employees having to pretend they will get something fixed even though they know it won’t be.

Room was clean. Bathroom clean and well stocked with soaps/towels/etc
Negatives:
All 3 ice machines were out of order which was a big inconvenience. The coffee bar could be expanded-1 airpot of coffee is totally inadequate for a property of that size. Shower stalls are terrible and allow water to get on the floor.
