Negatives:
Very poor room design. The toilet and shower have frosted glass doors so you can’t turn the light on at night without waking everyone up. Also, there is no towel rack in the toilet so you have to leave the hand towel draped over the faucet on the sink or on the floor. No shelves in shower either so your clothes have to be put on the floor when you change.

The room designs in this hotel are bad. The shower and W/C stalls are at the foot of the bed. They provide NO privacy (barely a step above a chamber pot). They also have glass frosted white doors so if you use the W/C during the night the light brightens the entire bedroom. There was no housekeeping during our 3 day stay unless it was explicitly requested. Very noisy, you can hear conversations and water running in the adjacent rooms. I’ll be very careful before booking another stay at a Springhill Suites hotel.

The rooms have bathrooms located directly across from beds,these bathrooms have glass sliding doors that are very noisy and light up the whole room after all have retired to bed and a person may need to use the bathroom.Very poor design!!
