Walking distance to downtown Grand Lake. The hot tub was decent.
Negatives:
The shower/bathroom was very small, the towels really didnt dry you off. The beds were covered with old quilted blankets that had an odor. The TV was barely watchable/grainy.

Worked at the time but...
Positives:
Sweet little town on a beautiful lake. Great location for just hanging around and relaxing.
Negatives:
There was no way to turn on a fan so the room got VERY warm during the night. Only way to cool down was to open windows. Also, unfortunately, the Trail Ridge Road closed two days before we got there so the only way to Estes Park was a 4 hour detour around. If your plans were to go from one side of RMNP to the other, it’s a long detour.
