The pool was not heated, they dont have a jacuzzi and the room was filthy with bed bugs and white stains on a couch from God knows what they dont want to refund me anything and said they would as I didnt stay there long at all, not even a full night.

The room has has a lot of damage and lots of patchwork repairs. The spa tub was scratched up and looked dirty. I hand washed it before using it. The floor was bad turned our feet black. The mirrors over the tub had damage.

No carpet in room, so there was a hard cold floor that was filthy and bathroom was extra filthy and didnt look like it was cleaned at all just restocked. Beds were too soft and pillows were so flat that they were basically nonexistent

Talk to a lady before booking a room through booking.com I told her what was going on and that I couldnt check in at the Hampton inn because I didnt have my card physically with me but had paid in advance for my room I told her that I had cash for the deposit so she said yes we can do that so I went ahead and paid my room in advance but when I got there she said she couldnt do it.
I was really frustrated because I called her before reserving the room just to make sure I didnt paid for a room that I wasnt going to be at like the Hampton inn

Hated it. The front desk lady was VERY rude. I didnt even stay in this room because she refused to take cash, refused to take my moms card over the phone, and told me to plan better next time
Negatives:
Didnt even check In because of the lady at the front desk, she was very rude, so Im stuck paying a $200 cancel fee for a room I didnt stay in, also I wasnt even there for 10 minutes and there was a man breaking into vehicles in the parking lot, and a lady screaming banging on cars in the parking lot. 0/10 WOULD NOT RECCOMEND this location.
