I was in room 312 which is above, to the left of the hotels back entrance and the door slams loudly. You can also hear people talking by door while they are smoking. Around 10, some people got locked out and were banging on the back door and yelling for anyone to let them in. I had to call front desk to take care of the matter. The people above me on the 4th floor were loud and stomping on the floor. It' defeated the purpose of bring comfortable especially when all you heard was the door slamming shut til about 11:30 p.m. and then to start again at 6 a.m. This was not a peaceful or restful place ro stay.

I stayed here based on previous reviews that rated it positively. I don't know how this location got such positive reviews. The check-in desk person was very helpful. Things went downhill from there. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. Access from the Interstate was quite handy.

I stayed here based on previous reviews that rated it positively. I don't know how this location got such positive reviews. The room was not welcoming, dark, poorly lit and the floors weren't particularly clean. The floor tile had black spot smudges on it and scuff marks that looked bad. The whole place needs an updated decor. Access to drinking water is awkward, required a person to help get to it in an odd location. They seemed perturbed to be asked for help. The breakfast staff didn't come to work in time to open the breakfast area at the scheduled time of 7am. They arrived around 7:45 am. The breakfast itself was typical, but the containers that keep the food warm/hot didn't to the job. The food was cool, less than room temperature.

Breakfast was great! Real scrambled eggs (not the hockey pucks you get at most hotels these days), nice sausage links or patties, delicious potatoes. Nice selection of yogurt, cereal, bagels, muffins...and the ever-popular make-your-own waffles. Everything in the hotel was spotlessly clean. Lots of extra towels (which is good since housekeeping is "on request" - the way most hotels have gone nowadays with lack of staffing). Nice fridge, microwave, desk & sofa. Bed was very comfortable, a real thermostat for heat/cool.
