Very loud doors when closing. And very heavy. My wife at 60 could hardly open the doors. Please address this. It scared Her at how heavy the doors are. Without me it would have been hard for her. Please Please Address this.

We loved everything about this hotel! Easy to get to, great price, awesome breakfast, amazing rooms!

That we couldnt live there full time.

We tried to check in an hour after check in time and were told the room wouldn’t be ready for 45 minutes.
The patio was closed, the basketball court was closed. There was no ice or ice machines.
If we were to be given a discount, we’d try it again.

Queen RM 315 suite with pullout sofa, quiet, bed & pillows comfortable, low chemical smell, nice linens, massage showerhead, clean. The breakfast buffet was very gooda nice assortment of food. The kitchen was well stocked. Nice view of the reservoir.
Negatives:
Horrible pull-out double sofa bed in RM 315. The mattress was 4 inches thick & very worn. You could feel the springs when you lay down. The mattress flattened out. No way an adult could sleep on it let alone 2 adults. No hairdryer.

The room contained everything we needed...fridge, microwave, cooktop, dishwasher, coffeepot. The breakfast that was included was good. Usually we skip the food in the morning and go out to breakfast, but we ate the provided meal here...twice.
