Wildwood Snowmass

Negatives: Super lame experience from the start you walk into Wildwood lobby. Feels like a neglected corner of hotel. Confusing sign about walking, or calling the Viewline to check in. Went downhill from there. Employee could not find my reservation, even tho I was showing him confirmation code. When we finally got in the room, it was stepping back into the 70’s. Seriously, peg board for the beds headboard. Reminded me of my great grandpas garage. The room was directly above busy street, minimal sleep afforded. I would never recommend anyone stay at Wildwood.

Negatives: Don’t book here. Just save your money. There was a review after our cancellation window that there were bedbugs and debris all over the hotel, and when we called the hotel to ask, they admitted that these things were true and that an exterminator had come I don’t know about you, but I’m from the city and bedbugs are not something that’s easy to get rid of, so I requested them to refund our stay since we would not be staying there. I’ve called several times both the hotel, Marriott and booking, and no one has given me an answer on if I’ll be refunded or not, and we did not stay here. Additionally, this website says that the “” resort fee is included in this day, but the hotel has confirmed that that’s an additional charge. Overall just bad experience and would not recommend this hotel.

Negatives: Whole place is dirty. The hot tub sucked. Jets blast straight up not towards you. Cement work is crumbling. I only used it once and I make sure to rent a place with a hot tub so I can use each night.

Negatives: The room was dirty, outdated, and smelled moldy. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable. If you want to use the microwave you had to unplug the fridge. The shower leaked, the bedframe was broken. We left a day early without a refund as it wasn't worth sleeping there a 3rd night. It was the cheapest hotel around but still worse than most motel 6's I've been in but for $400 a night. I stay in approximately 20 hotels a year. This was the only negative review I have ever written.

Negatives: Again, the food options. The village needs improvement. The limited shop meant that unlike in vail, where we walked the streets at night. In there was really nowhere to go so we unexpectedly spent slot of the time in our room. - it needs more shops, - and more restaurants

Negatives: Sheets and towels were worn out, mattress very old and not comfortable Hot water was hit or miss (warm water only at 5 pm, Hot at 8 pm) One hot tub worked but with deferred maintenance the other was emptied with construction debris thrown in it. Also, 3 days in a row clean towel bin located by pool was empty

Negatives: The hotel staff is non-existent. We had to get moved to 3 different rooms in a 4 day stay. The Viewline owns or manages the property and ignores Marriott status and lies about availability. First room had knocking inside the wall all night. The second room had the ceiling drop due to toilet water above. The third room smelled like marijuana.
