Negatives: Homeless people living in cars. There was a drug (meth) bust in the room 2 doors down from me. The staff was absolutely the rudest people Ive ever dealt with in hotels. Stay away from this place!

Negatives: The service was terrible. They didnt clean the room every day so we didnt have clean towels every day we had to ask for them. They didnt empty the trash so we had trash loaded in the room with only one trashcan a small one in the bathroom

Negatives: Room was dusty, dirty and not well maintained. Several items in room were damaged. Breakfast was lacking same basic items all 3 days. Staff did not address issue with noisy guests when I asked at 3am.

Negatives: EVERYTHING!!! The stench actually burned my throat - a mixture of mold and stink bugs! Absolutely disgusting! Mold in the bathrooms- bugs in the room. We actually checked for bed bugs, at least we did not have that!. There was a 45 minute wait to check in; the staff was that ineefficient. When we told the staff that we had no towels foe two- yes two separate rooms paying nearly $200.00 per night - we were told that they had NO TOWELS! I have stayed in the cheapest motels during my lifetime. Never once have I been told that they were overbooked and had no towels! When we went to breakfast, and I asked for a glass of water, I was told that they had no water. How is that possible? The "fitness center" was down an alcove, separated by fire doors. I was honestly nervous to work out there by myself at night - very creepy; I felt that I could be killed, and no one would ever know. The fire doors in the stairwells had signs on them to keep the doors open because they are broken. Yes, they went to the trouble and expense to have these signs nailed to the door. Why not fix the doors? How are they passing fire inspection? There was mold covering the ceiling over our beds - very good for someone with asthma! We were told that no pets were allowed. When the resident of the room next to us, who had a dog in the room, was observed by the workers, he was not told that the dog needed to leave. He was told that he would be charged extra for the dog. I have severe asthma and allerigies. We specifiacally make sure that the hotels we stay in do not allow pets because if there was a pet in the room with the prior resident, I may end up in the hospital. This hotel does not care about the health and safety of its residents, just getting more money for pets, despite the no pet policy. I have never been in such a deplorable motel/hotel in my life. PLEASE NEVER STAY HERE!!!

Negatives: Really no complaints, but we did not have a do not disturb sign - Im sure I could have asked the front desk for one but we were leaving first thing in the morning so it just wasnt important. The lock on an outside door at the end of the building seemed not to work properly but again, not important to us since our room door lock was fine.

Negatives: Absolutely disputing uncleanness rooms with bugs on beds and tables, ittle tiny flies flying around near the beds, bedding looked like it had chocolate on them like they were never changed ,ceiling had mold on them and room smelled really disgusting. Had to have my room changed and then they got mad and accused our dogs of barking when they weren't. 1st floor smelled so badly of Marijuana that our clothes and lugged smelled when wee would exit. Prostitution going on on the 1st floor. The place should definitely have inspectors come in. There was an electric outlet on the first floor by the coke machine that had black all around the wall. Smoke doctors had blue tape wrapped around them so that is definitely a safety issue.

Negatives: Room smelled. Fruit flies everywhere. Had to argue with the desk to get extra towels for the room. I didn't realize I booked an accessible room, and with that the showerhead was broken. So I feel bad for anyone that needs a room like that booking that room. Bed was uncomfortable and I had a terrible nights sleep. I was only there for one night so I toughed it out. We didn't even have the comp breakfast that consisted of like 2 cereals and a waffle. Won't be going back.

Negatives: The hotel did not have towels. We did not have towels and therefore were unable to shower. They ran out of them. The washer and dryer in the hotel were broken.
