The only thing we liked was the fact there was a Red Lobster next door and the pool was ok.

The smell was horrid and knocked us over every time we walked in the room. We had headaches the entire stay. The towels were gross. They were dingy and dirty. The TV didn't work and when we called the front desk on Sunday morning the staff person was extremely rude and said in a nasty voice, "We don't have a maintenance man on today"! I said ok and hung up. There was a loud party in a nearby room on Saturday night and because we couldn't use the tv we couldn't drown out the noise. There was a film on all the hard surfaces in the room and the shower didn't work very well. Also you advertised a steam room and a sauna. Well there is no steam room and the sauna didn't work. The microwave wasn't plugged in so if we wanted to use it we had to take it out of it's spot and put it on the table to plug it in and the refrigerator froze all our food and drinks.
I know the room was less expensive than other places, but this is unacceptable. You need to do better and be better or you will lose business. You lost my business for sure. I have never stayed in such a nasty place. You also need to update your website. We were here because my daughter had a dance competition and she needed her sleep and to feel comfortable and we definitely were not.

Pool had so much chlorine that it burned your eyes as soon as you walked into area. Shower did not work in room. Did not offer to give us a new room. Floor was dirty and sticky. Beds were sandy. Don’t think sheets were changed from prior. Complimentary breakfast was horrible. Fried eggs were so over cooked you could bend them in half and break them. One waffle machine for whole motel. They ran out mix.

The first room was filthy, food on the chair, dirty fridge and desk top, something splashed on the wall, and the smell was horrific. I was told that it was used for guests with dogs. My questio is, dogs or not, why would you put us in a dirty room and think that it would be OK? Me or anyone, the smell was unbearable.

The hotel was clean the moment you walked in, staff was very nice, we loved the pool, breakfast was amazing, the property was clean. The rooms were perfect.
