Requested an additional day upon checkin and the gentleman who checked me in stated that it would not be a problem if I notify them the next morning prior to checking out. Contacted the front desk for the additional day and they advised me that it was not possible since I had the booking rate it was not available per the front desk Manager so reluctantly we had to check out and only stayed for a day I was really put off by this and my spouse was very disappointed and we won’t be back even though we accepted that this sleepers was very dated compared to others with rusted bathroom fixtures and a lot of wear on the rooms it could us an upgrade.
