Mariela at the front desk was extremely pleasant and very helpful after I was checked into a room I didnt book because my original River view room was sold out. I came back to the front desk to talk to her, she was extremely polite, cared and accommodating doing the best she can to offer us a better room. Also all the workers in the breakfast restaurant were extremely polite, friendly and attentive. We like the location too and provided microwave on the flooring
Negatives:
Not able to get the room I booked upon checkin, no robes available for guests for 2 day stay, poor room service response to requests, poor customer service upon first checking in, other guests smoking weed in their rooms which we could smell. No provided bottled waters in the room.

Very loud. My room was by the elevators and I heard them running throughout the night and the voices of people as they got on and off the elevator were incredibly loud. The alarm clock in the room was somehow set and I was woken up. The evening front desk staff wasnt very friendly when I returned after a show and had a question about the hotel restaurant hours
