When we got back after dinner, One evening we asked for Waters. The gentleman behind the counter said “we don’t give away waters”. The ice and water machine was not working on the 3rd floor, Where our room was , so we needed to go to floor 4. I would say he needs some training in customer service. He seemed like he was quite irritated.

Terrific location on the riverfront - beautiful view from our room. Easy access to many DC attractions.

We found the property suited our needs quite well.

Mariela at the front desk was extremely pleasant and very helpful after I was checked into a room I didn’t book because my original River view room was sold out. I came back to the front desk to talk to her, she was extremely polite, cared and accommodating doing the best she can to offer us a better room. Also all the workers in the breakfast restaurant were extremely polite, friendly and attentive.
We like the location too and provided microwave on the flooring

Not able to get the room I booked upon checkin, no robes available for guests for 2 day stay, poor room service response to requests, poor customer service upon first checking in, other guests smoking weed in their rooms which we could smell. No provided bottled waters in the room.
