Nice hotel. Very clean. Friendly people. Convenient to other locations. Valet was really helpful with a car problem.

$10 water bottles! Snack area is overpriced. Breakfast okay but microwaved too much. The website did not say the rooftop restaurant was closed and not open for business. Our toilet was broken and the TV didnt work the first night. Fixed the next day.

Even with a couple problems, it is a nice place.

Complimentary water, location, moisturising lotion in the bathroom, make-up wipes. Staff friendliness.
Negatives:
limited tables for breakfast and plastic cutlery. I understand the current choice to use the plastic cutlery but hope that Hilton is considering ways to eliminate the use of single use plastics.

The location was perfect, and the valet parking was a great asset, and the facility was very clean.
Staff was very friendly and helpful.
We enjoyed the breakfasts both mornings and enjoyed the variety offered.
Negatives:
I am handicapped and we were in an accessible room. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was roomy enough for me to use my scooter. I had concerns with the room being truly accessible. The bathroom only had one hand rail in the shower stall. I find showers difficult to take because of my physical limitations, so I opt to take baths. The toiletries issued are too high for anyone to reach from the tub. The one hand rail provided little assistance. In the room itself, there was not a place I could safely sit to get dressed. The bed is slightly too high to sit on and dress. The chair provided in the room was on wheels, which made it impossible. The best option for individuals like myself is a chair that provides the ability to keep your feet on the floor and doesn't move.
