Positives: Excellent location, massive spaces, excellent staff. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation. Special shoutout to Eskander at front desk for friendly service and really setting the stage for a great start to the stay.
Negatives: Shower could've been nicer - weak water pressure and old-school shower head, but otherwise the room was excellent.

Positives: Tasteful decor, comfortable, an excellent location near DuPont Circle. Staff always courteous and helpful. Housekeeping did a very nice daily cleaning. Firefly Restaurant was excellent and easy to access. Happy Hour (at the restaurant) a nice touch.
Negatives: Weekend opening of the Firefly restaurant at 0900 is later than expected (opens by 0700 during the week).

Positives: The location was great. Close to the museums and Georgetown.
Negatives: Personnel was not professional. Missed to provide proper explanations. Valet parking and luggage storage was a mess - forgot to give proper claim tickets. Sofa bed was not comfortable at all and should not be provided as an option even for children.
