Service was wonderful. The staff are very personable. We got the Junior Suite, which is not that more expensive than the regular room. Nice size balcony.
Negatives:
The layout of the suite is a bit convoluted. Unfortunately there's a structural post in the living room and the bedroom, but there's nothing they can do about it I guess.

I booked 4 nights with breakfast included. When I told them I was only able to stay 2 for medical reasons, I did not get any reimbursement. Also, I only got 25$ for my breakfast and had to pay the rest.

Positives:
Stephen met us when we drove up, unloaded the car, and made us feel special throughout our stay. Two elderly ladies need extra help, and the staff was there for us all the way. The room was comfortable, the shower had grab bars, and the beds were great. We would definitely return.
