Negatives: Front desk staff unwelcoming, unhelpful, unfriendly Entire elevator bank failed to operate for 25 minutes

Negatives: All good really, apart from the fact you could hear noise from other rooms quite clearly at times.

Negatives: No balcony, loud rooms, food was not good enough for cost.

Negatives: Cost of food services and valet services

Negatives: Staff were less than accommodating, not kidding friendly at all

Negatives: Rooms old. Had to ask for refrigerator. Needed a microwave. Needed another restaurant. More cafe casual.

Negatives: Very pricey.

Negatives: Oh where to start. It took 4 hours to get a cot for our son. We had to call 3 times and visit the front desk once. Finally at 11 pm someone showed up. He did not speak English. He brought basically a sheet and pillows no blankets, we had to use the robes from the bathroom for a blanket for our kids. The master bathroom shower had the hot and cold reversed so apparently the plumber did not know WTF he was doing the other shower was correct. Housekeeping left the last guest ice bucket in the room half full of water. You can not go get ice yourself you have to request it AKA pay someone. We were told after spending nearly $3000 for 3 nights that it was $75 to go see the scandal room and that even if we did pay the fee it was not available for whatever reason. We requested to leave at 7 am after the first night. They never asked why we were not happy. Then to put the nail in the coffin I had to call 6 times to get someone to refund the other two nights that we were charged even though I was told it would not be charged for the extra nights. Still waiting to see if they actually refund me at this point so could be more calls to come. Apparently they take such good care of their guests they did not even notice that we left and nobody was in the room. The room was nice but beyond that save the money service was terrible.
