There is no 5 star hotel for sure!!!The room was to small, not like on the pictures. There are no shelves in the bathroom. No nightstands. The shower is uncomfortable and leaks . After a shower the whole floor is covered in water.

I’d come again!

I wasn’t able to check in when I arrived at 4:30-5:00. I needed to change for a dinner meeting and the receptionist said I could use the lower lobby bathroom to do this! Totally unacceptable!

Guest’s Parking very expensive. At the front desk they didn't give me breakfast coupons for my daughters because it was free for kids under 12, but when we went to breakfast they asked me for the coupons for the girls. No privacy or priority for guests in the breakfast area.
