Couple of things 1. The dresser drawer top was extremely dusty and dirty. I wiped it off and fill of dirt came off. 2 I went to the dinning room asked for a wine/water glass and the staff member gave horrible dirty glass. I had to clean it in my room.

The room was dated and dusty. The plugs were so old that our hairdryer would just fall out of them. The main areas were week kept but the rooms need some cleaning and updating. We had to call each day for new towels. No housekeeping during the stay.

Lovely hotel with lots of amenities (ie cafe open quite late, gift shop, bar, concierge, valet, etc.) in an awesome location. The room was very clean and the hotel was quite lovely overall.
