Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Swimming pool #1: Closed from Sun, Oct 01, 2023 until Sun, Apr 07, 2024 A damage deposit of USD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the Deck 11 rooftop pool is currently closed for the season, and will re-open in spring 2024. Art and Soul restaurant will be closed from December 18 – January 8. Limited Grab + Go menu will be offered from 7:30am – 1:30pm. Orders will be taken at Mission Control. Our mandatory $35 facility fee includes a range of on-site and off-site amenities designed to perk up your trip. Additionally, a fee of $100 per night incidental hold/security deposit is taken upon arrival and returned to the original form of payment after check-out. Self-parking is available on-site at $50 per night without in-and-out privileges. However, pricing for in-and-out privileges can be shared upon check-in. Guests must be 21 years of age to reserve a room and check in. Anyone under the age of 21 must be accompanied by an adult.

Cancellation Policy

If you do not check in to the hotel on the first day of your reservation and do not alert the hotel in advance, the hotel reserves the right to cancel your reservation and you may be charged for the full amount.

Non-refundable rate. No amendments permitted.

Photo Policy

The reservation holder must present a valid photo ID and credit card at check-in. The credit card is required for <b>the mandatory fee listed above as well as</b> any additional hotel incidental charges such as parking, phone calls or minibar charges which are not included in the room rate.
