Positives:
They allow pets. Gave me a gift bag for my dog. Kind - fun staff to interact with. Comfortable room / bed. Shuttle service driver was so nice and helpful.

The cost for my dog was astronomical!

Coffee was hot and tasty. Great amount of clean white towels and provided makeup wipes. Fridge and microwave appreciated however fridge should be updated. Does not need to be that large and freezer was drippy/wet. Sheets were nice n clean. Bed was decent but not the most comfy mattress 7 out of 10. Pillows were plentiful & comfy. Wish the bed mattress was same quality. Tv was large and great picture.

I was very bothered the bathroom light was also the vent. That sound was so annoying when having on the light. Rooms, carpets, drapes, whole hotel needs updating. Invest in your property and don’t leave it at a 7, make it a 10 experience. Beds should always be top quality for comfort. The mattress was a 7/8 out of 10. Dresser would not stay close in btw beds, annoying. Iron did not work. Elevator was slow, 1 was out of order. No complimentary breakfast, only coffee. Fruited water should also be out early mornings not just later in day.
