The room was big, The bed was comfy. that's about it really. Checking staff clearly just doing a job
Negatives:
Where do we start. No ice machine on our floor. Used the lifts to get to one but ended up in the laundry. Breakfast..... certainly not what I call breakfast. Plastic plates, no cups other than paper cups. Food cold and unedable. Luckly we were gonig on a cruise so got breakfast there. We were charged on checkin (paid cash). On checkout our credit card was charged TWICE. No fighting to get the right amount of money back. Well not stay here again!!!

One elevator and when we arrived after longs flights the system was down and people just standing around in lobby but the workers were so nice and accommodating. Wasn’t their fault
