1. They didn't advertise a $23 parking fee, when I mentioned in the Front Desk that I used Booking to make my reservation and the parking fee was not explained the attendant answered "its mentioned in our website, there is no way to put that on Booking". I never looked at their website, and I'm not supposed to do so.
2. The room has no "guest room" as mentioned in the room description, it's only a pull out bed next to the main bed (we needed the guest room, or at least we expected to have a division for our baby).
3. "Breakfast included" is only $20 towards whatever you spend in the breakfast, not a buffet or at least a prepaid option. Paying extra while booking only limited our options to this place, there is no benefit, and now we can't go somewhere else. When we asked for a refund on the $20 they said they couldn't do it.
4. They said they had cribs available, but they only have pack&plays, thats not a crib.
5. The bathroom in our room smelled really bad.
At that point there was no chance for us to change hotels because our baby is 10 months old and has to go to sleep, breaking her routine would be terrible for us.
I will be leaving a 1 star review for misleading information, very disappointed, this is the first time this has happened to me using Booking.com.
I would also like to know if there is any way to ask Booking for a refund for the bad experience. It ruined our weekend. And I only have 1 weekend off a month.

An hotel really well located since you can go and visit Delray beach just by walking, no need to use the car.
There is a parking within the hotel which is very convenient as well.
The staff people are all very nice and helpful, we were able to get our room earlier which was perfect.
They give you keys room according to the number of people you are and not only because of the bed numbers.
The rooftop pool is clean, with a nice view.
The room is big and clean too.

The bedroom doesn't have any windows you can open, this is something really important since I do like having fresh air in the room even if slightly open.
