I like the cleanliness of the whole hotel from the time you walked in the lady at the front desk was very friendly the housekeeping g
staff was very friendly. I like the way the pull-out bed was in the room which made it very comfortable for the size of the gas that stayed in the room
Negatives:
The entire breakfast need to be revamped the Old Mill was too sticky the food was cold just wasn't a good breakfast spread and I know with Hilton you can do much better than that.

First 3 days great. Then just ok. Ran out of yogurt and never replenished it for the rest of the stay. Ran out of individual milks and had to use gallons instead. Had a kiosk that you could get wipes clean off your space but that never had anything in it that you could wipe off your space and I never saw a table being wiped down other than by myself.
Negatives:
We booked six months in advance and we’re never notified that the pool would be closed and they would be working on it the whole time. Power washed the patio and seating area on Saturday and left the entire area roped off all day Saturday and Sunday so you couldn’t use the area to sit out Next to the lobby.

The staff were always on their phone and rude. Dirty and BET was on playing inappropriate shows for little kids. Staff acted like they didn’t want to be there and on more the 1 occasion the staff wasn’t even present. I’m not the back talking to other associates
