The experience left little to be desired.
We changed 3 rooms before settling on one as there were no other options available.
All nearby hotels were booked.
The rooms reeked of cigarette smoke, roach infestations , light not working, internet not connecting, bathroom area was stink looking and elevator was filthy to name a few issues.
In being assigned the other rooms, we were sent to ones that were already occupied.
Additionally, both persons who occupied the room were charged for the cost of the room
When we tried talking with the office clerk and the manager they were totally RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL to the point where we were literally chased out by the manager who cussed us and spoke in a very loud tone in the company of other guest.
He also told us if we wanted a refund we must file a claim with our credit card company to claim fraud… these were his exact words.
We were refused a receipt for the 2 payment made out from the other room guest credit card.

THERE WHERE ONLY ONE PERSON I CAN SAY THAT HELP ME OUT AND SHE WORKS THE NIGHTS SHIFTS SHE WAS VERY PLEASENT AND NICE. SHE NEEDS A RAISE DEALING WITH THIS NASTY HOTEL... She was there every night we were staying there.

I was very disappointed that the room was not clean There were roaches, and the air conditioning was not working properly We were hot in there. The water in the tube was back up when you take a shower. The room service is awful and FYI IF YOU STAY THERE THE HOUSE KEEPERS ONLY CHANGE THE SHEETS EVERY 3 DAYS AND THE MANAGER SUCKS AND VERY RUDE. I WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS NASTY DISGUSTING HOTEL EVERY AGAIN. IT WAS NOT WORTH WHAT I PAID. I COULD'VE GOTTEN AIRBNB INSTEAD OF THIS HOTEL. CRACKS IN THE WALL

This property has roaches, bed bugs also who serve breakfast cereal in foam cups because there is no plate? The bathroom floor was so sticky the drawers from the dresser was broken not that i used it so i didn’t pay it much attention. It was really uncomfortable (bugs) despite the bed being comfortable. I got home i went straight to the laundry room took my wig off as my head was itching and fill with bumps. Iron wasn’t working neither was the television. bring ur own towel and wash cloth the ones they have are dirty plus they don’t replace them as they said there is no more. The breakfast was poor. I could leave as i didn’t ave a car i was ubering around and most the hotels in the area reviews were down the same path of bugs and roaches. will never return

Not sure if this is even for the correct hotel .. Booked 1 hotel address rook me to another.. but that first hotel.. needs lesson in hospitality.. front desk rude. Ran out of rooms.. elevator broken security.. just a really bad vibe glad I didn't stay there... I wasn't the only one at wrong address.. others were as well ..Hotel #2 Christina was very accommodating and bad up for the first hotel
