Motel 6-Fort Lauderdale FL

Negatives: The motel was VERY dated and "worn out". It was quite dirty and not well cleaned. When you pay over $200 a night you expect much better.

Negatives: The air conditioning didn’t work in the room, bed was terrible, two pillows (not enough), one bath towel, very dirty room. Police as soon as we got there. Didn’t feel safe

Negatives: There was no iron in the room

Negatives: bed frame moves around very easily or no stopper on their bed mattress. I saw 1 cockroach - I killed it, I didn’t see any of his friends afterwards.

Negatives: The room floor looked as if it had never been cleaned, the sink in the room did not drain. The property seems to be used as subsidized housing. When we first arrived the armed security guard was outside with about 6 other guests (?) smoking. He was very polite and opened the door for us, only to be greeted by an unkept looking guest that was behind the front desk looking for shampoo- the front desk was strewn with pizza box and in a state of disarray. There was another guest waiting at the front desk and she was smoking marijuana .The clerk arrived and she was very polite and got us checked in. The beds appeared clean, but with the state of the floors, sink, and general overall impression of the property we did not stay the night.

Negatives: It was very rundown full of cockroaches we got in very late and when we got to our room, the tub had standing water in it it was just so late we just decided to go to sleep and leave first thing in the morning
