Soap or something greasy on the entire floor. Busted my ass getting in the shower. There was NO kitchen faucet. Like it was missing. Room was old and dirty

NOTHING!!! It was the WORST experience I've ever had at a hotel.

It was AWEFUL!!! WORST express I've had at a hotel. My husband and myself were woke up the 2nd night by someone trying to enter our room. Then 20 mins later, a loud bagging on the door! I called the cops. The cops came and had the front office man with them and the office man tried to say that we hadn't booked our room. Thank gosh for booking.com to confirm on my phone. In addition to we had a room card and a auto tag they had provided us at check in.

So far the stay was pleasant. Good shower pressure and hot water. The staff was friendly and professional.

1st Timer at a Motel and completed a week stay at this time since initial review. Honestly pleased with somewhat boutique renovation style, unpretentiousness, Quiet, safe & well maintained facility. Professional Staff and housekeeping etc, location, on-site laundry, close to local transportation if you need it.
Negatives:
Stayed an entire week, instead of extending as initially planned ( we are new and trying to settle after contract job ended prematurely).
As a matter of principle, humanity and the fact that I am a Consumer, guest spending money, while working daily and seeking more longterm/permanent employ, I wasn't granted courtesy to store/ keep luggage until I could rebook each evening after work (out to work before day break). Blanket (you have to ask???) *(strange to me). There should be better judgement on individual situations, especially with a guest who is still spending good money. - End point, there is work in progress but you're alleged policy caused you to lose a consumer ( That's never good for a business).
