The location.
Negatives:
The room had a strong musty smell. We tried using Air Fresheners and burning candles, but the odor would not disappear. It felt like staying at a motel instead of a hotel because of the entry being on the outside and not the inside.

The doors between room were not tight, therefore you could hear every word of neighbors. No solitude walking paths. Stupidity of chair saving at pools. Enforcement of noisy dogs and quite time. Could use outdoor movies for evening activities.

I loved the location and distance it was from the theme parks also I loved that if I didn't want to leave the property at all, I didn't have to because everything was on property and at my fingertips.

Hard to connect to wifi. Originally placed in a room with broken air conditioner. Had to wait for over an hour to get assigned to a new room.

Sent a complaint the day I left, as one of your employees came at 830am and rang the doorbell and banged on the door asking us what time we are checking out. Very rude lady and no reason they should be asking us what time we are checking out before 10am

The room was clean, the location was convenient to everything you would want as long as you have a car, I loved that it has a kitchen. It was plenty roomy.

It needs to be updated. Although I've been in others that were worse!! That's the only thing I would complain about.

Heat in the room assigned. Maintenance was quick to respond, and fix the problem.

Price was right. Got upgrades to a one bedroom from a studio at check in. Friendly employees.

Initially, the room smelled strongly of cleaning chemicals but after airing it out a bit, it smelled like something was rotting. The room also wasnt clean. The counters/tables hadnt been wiped down and there was hair in the tub and all over the floors

Room was very dirty with lots of bugs. Dishes were dirty, lamps broken, thermostat did not work and room was freezing the whole time. Shower leaked and flooded bathroom floor.
