Negatives: Not enough lighting and mirrors in the room.

Negatives: This visit; my fourth, I had to knock on the door to get the receptionist to check me in. My room number was not written on my key envelope and there was no "Do Not Disturb" sign for me to hang on my door. Also, missed a freezer. I bought a $10 pint of ice cream and had to eat it all at once. Rough I know :)

Negatives: Nothing it was great

Negatives: Cleanliness, sheets were horrible, they had little thread beads on them.

Negatives: Neighbor Room kept me up all night

Negatives: During booking I specify 4 people, we only had towels for 2, had to go downstairs and ask for more towels, shampoo and soap. Wi-Fi signal was poor. Nobody went by the rooms to pickup the garbage, we kept accumulating the garbage all together with shopping bags, there was not garbage somewhere outside so we could take it.

Negatives: no complaints

Negatives: Did not eat the breakfast. Bathroom was disgusting and it was extremely cold in the room and a/c would not stay on warm. Called desk, Chris said he didn’t know what to do, there weren’t any other rooms & no maintenance working. I called next morning & when maintenance came, it still wasn’t working, front desk person came & it still wasn’t working. She tried to convince me it was working though I continuously told her it wasn’t. It warms up a few minutes, then made a clicking sounds, then blasted super duper cold air. We literally froze in that room, now my mother, who is disabled as well have colds. Told front desk about nasty bathroom, pics attached, it needed more than the same disgusting mop they use for every bathroom. I have pics attached, just awful and no discount was offered. I purchased cleaning products & nothing helped. Bed was not comfortable but I did at least have new clean sheets and a new comforter, plus new pillows (always purchase for my stay). I alway bring disposable toilet seat covers as well, that is an item all hotels need to provide. I always purchase these items for when I am staying at an hotel. Unfortunately, I had already paid for the room and other hotels were booked to capacity. I alway bring my towels and body wash, all toiletries. Is it too much to have a decent bathroom and room to sleep in? Even the elevator was dirty

Negatives: The sheets you use are horrible. The quality of the sheets were extremely low. The fabric was almost like muslim. They had balls over them which made it hard to even sleep and due to the type of fabric, they were very hot. The beds themselves were just ok which was odd due to the fact the hotel wasn't that old.

Negatives: Room was small and dimly lit. Almost impossible to use the desk as it had poor lighting. Heater was off and on all night not very restful. Breakfast was sub par and not what i expected. Hotel was not what expected for the high price
