Positives: Nice clean rooms, lots of space and they look to have been remodeled in the last 5 years. Decent pool area and even nicer spot overlooking the ocean at the back of the property. Great for watching sunsets and having a drink at the small bar (when its open). Its not the Ritz but, friendly staff and an overall great location. Excellent jump off spot for all your Keys exploring.

Negatives: We were there for three nights and our room was never cleaned. The breakfast was adequate (as expected for free breakfast). We paid a resort fee but the beach chairs we borrowed were broken and the dockside bar was closed when we tried to go.

Positives: Nice pool. Nice coastal point, but bar there not open enough and no selection of beverages.

Negatives: $48 resort fee is expensive and really includes nothing. Items allegedly included are not optional. Accordingly, the real room rate is $48 per night more than what you and the resort advertise. Breakfast was not good. A box of prepackaged carbs and a tiny plastic carton of reconstituted oj. Marginal. Even the cheap chain hotels have a juice machine, coffee machine and some sort of cereal and eggs. Shower stall poorly designed.
