They checked us in a dirty not cleaned room and their answer and behaviour was not nice. Then they have changed the room. The room cleaning was not good there was contact lenses and some dirts also in the new room. The facility is a bit old and the pools were not clean also

Room was nice, bed was very comfortable.
Negatives:
Room was nice, but there porch had not been cleaned and old cigarette butts were all over, and furniture was a mess. Music was super loud and there was no room by the pools for lounging. Get up early if you go to reserve your spots b/c all other round seating and cabanas are WAY $$$. Beach access was nice, but no one to help you get a lounge chair and no food/drink services at the beach. Restaurants onsite were convenient, but were very overpriced. Overall not walkable to any other attractions.
Additional $47 PER NIGHT REQUIRED resort fees were not expected when booking this hotel, that plus all the 14% taxes made for a much larger bill than expected. We certainly did not get any of the "benefits" of the resort fee.
