My first room the toilet was only flushing for it self, soap dish in shower area had used soap with hair on it . I all I had tk change room.
I was not informed the shuttle stop at 11.00 , I call the front desk and was,never told.... got in miami 10.45 and reach the hotel 3.45 am. Ridiculous

The place was nice, but they were quite a few extra charges added to room charge. Housekeeping came to a room at 9:30 in the morning and wanted to know if we were leaving yet but check out is until noon.

The amount you pay for the room then have to pay for parking and the parking lot is big but empty is crazy. The heat didn't work. I used the hot water from the shower to heat my room. I think it's crazy nobody speaks English and don't know anything and can't seem to have answer for nothing. I asked for bath towels and wash cloths, I got bath towels and floor towels when I asked for face cloth, he said I don't know and walked away. I had to go down stairs to get my own towels. When they came to my room to bring the towels, they knocked and u said coming they open my door and was coming in. I pushed the fire and told her I didn't have clothes on. This was the worst stay I've eve experienced in Miami

Shower handle was missing a bolt so whole thing came off. Water pressure was very very low. Pillows very uncomfortable. The food option of Miami Grill never opened.

Shuttle service driver was horrible, drove very aggressive and didn't got to jet blue just dropped us off...Jet.blue was entirely on the other side of the airport...wishing we had at least used an uber...made for a bad start on our vacation journey

The room was pretty decent, and the parking fees were reasonable.
Negatives:
There wasn't a since of urgency in the bar area or breakfast area.
Bar: It took the server 26 minutes to take my order, then failed to check in with the table often.
Restuarant: Menu was odd and the service was even slower than the bar. Waited over 30 minutes to pay, so I, charged my bill to my room and went to the front counter for a copy of my bill later.
Both the bar and restaurant automatically charge you 18% for poor service.
Maybe if they removed the automatic 18% the staff might try to earn their tips.
