Positives:
Like to full refrigerator and stove option. Extra seating a plus. Great proximity to the gulf and other friends. Easy to find. Like that they have a lending cupboard.
Negatives:
The room smelled very musty. opened the window, but couldn't get rid of the smell. Shower didn't get very hot. The pool was freezing and unusable. I get off season, but this was spring break and the pool should be warm or atleast advertised as cold. Staff at front desk seemed very disinterested in helping us only doing what is absolutely necessary.

Any time we come Destin we always stay here. I love because close by everything and right cross streets from our favorite restaurant. I absolutely love the room with the kitchen with a lot space. This our second year staying for Christmas

Room was not clean, bathroom door did not latch. Hotel is not secure, anyone can enter any door until 11pm, but I truly doubt they lock at 11. Pool was a joke, bbq grills did not work. Room came with 3 towels for four people. Bathroom light did not work. No sign along road, could not even see hotel from road, without GPS we would still be trying to find it. Needs a complete overhaul way to overpriced for quality of stay.

The elevator was having issues and could not be used to go downstairs. We were on the 3rd floor. Also, the fact that the hotel does not serve breakfast is a major negative. The amount I paid was way too much to not have complimentary breakfast in the mornings.

The rooms were very spacious with a stocked kitchen and a full size fridge. There were free laundry facilities. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean.
Negatives:
They had "free" coffee but it was undrinkable sludge. There was a coffee maker in the room but we didn't try it. The coffee seemed to be the same type.
