Our room stunk like bad feet, when telling hotel they said that a dog had stayed in room awhile as they were dog friendly. It was nasty.

They daytime front desk staff was so friendly even tho she told me wrong room number and I went up back down and up again, we had a laugh about it. Also night manager (so upset I forgot her name) she was amazing and cared about her guest. Will stay again

There was a homeless person asking guest for money and cigarettes however night manager told him to leave the property as she said the safety and comfort of guest was her priorty

Nothing much good to say. Was within walking distance to a couple places to eat.

Not very clean. Front desk not very friendly or helpful. TV remote wouldn't work. Went to the front desk, several other guests were there about their remotes not working. Front desk said "you have to move the furniture from in front of the box on the wall and point the remote at it to reset it."

The evening staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean. Breakfast was good
Negatives:
There were a few things wrong in our room and when I brought it to the front desk person as we were checking out, she was incredibly rude and treated me as if I was too dumb to understand
The sink wouldn’t drain. The phone wasn’t working. We couldn’t change the channel on the TV
