Right on the beach. Great views. Our room had a balcony with plenty of room to sit and enjoy the view. Room was very nice and spacious. Although it could use a little updating overall it was clean and comfortable.
Negatives:
Only had 1 soda vending machine and it wouldn't take our money, only a very small table of "breakfast" mainly wrapped muffins and yogurts (could do much more).

HIDDEN CHARGES !!!! WAS NOT TOLD AT TIME OF RESERVATION THAT I WOULD HAVE TO PAY DEPOSIT + PET FEE AT PROPERTY AND WAS UNDER THE UNDERSTANDING THAT IT WAS INCLUDED IN THE AMOUNT WE PREPAID. NOT THE CASE AND I HAD TO PAY OUT $300 THAT I WAS NOT EXPECTING TO WHEN I ARRIVED.

Positives:
I liked that it was right on the beach for easy access.
Negatives:
There were a few more cons rather than pros. To start, the elevator is by the office and inconvenient if your room is on the other side, which it was. I had to go up three flights of stairs carrying a baby. The room had a very funny smell even though it looked clean so we had to air it out and make the room cold for the smell to subside. There is barley any parking there as well which makes it pretty uncomfortable if you need to leave and come back. It met our needs for just one night stay so it wasn’t terrible but I would not stay there if I needed more than one night. Also I booked a room for under $100 online and when I went in the price increased by over $50 so that was pretty annoying but I didn’t bother fighting it because I just wanted somewhere to sleep for one night.

An hour after I got there, two women and one man was fighting and she was yelling for someone to call the police.

The room was dated and needs a dehumidifier. I live in Florida and the humid weather in older buildings need dehumidifier. The room had a small kitchen however zero silverware, plates or even a pot for the stove. No curtain for the large window so the light comes in early.
