The Jamaican lady that checked me in was the only reason I didnt cancel the reservation because she has great customer care service but everything else in that hotel is trash.
Negatives:
Poor cleaning and outdated materials in the room. No enough towels and poor customer service(with the exception of the Jamaican lady)

You can tell they are fixing on it, the pool was not working, whom ever is fixing on the property is doing a poor job due to how some of rooms are. The toilets or some of the toiles go down real slow, I thought a few times it would overflow. The remote in room 248 doesn’t really work and some of the lights don’t work
