The scent of wet carpet, was my initial impression. We were delayed in arrival 3am check in, very tiring. I requested a change in rooms an was quickly accommodated. I accidentally left a bag in the room closet.secured on a shelf in the closet Rm 306. Only the house keeper who cleaned the room had access but because it wasn't reported I was advised my matter would be reported on Monday. I was very disappointed with your company's protocol or lack there off. Acquiring the items was difficult for me (2mugs from Sacramento Airport and a tee shirt). I felt violated. My experience with the laundry mat - needs to be made easier. For international travelers who don't wish to download apps on their phones just to wash a load of clothes I think is extreme.
