The hotel website advertises a heated pool. It does not say SEASONALLY heated pool. I picked this hotel for the HEATED POOL and was disappointed that it was not heated. Management needs to fix this.

Hotel management was unwilling to change room or provide at least a partial refund for the issues that was reported with the room. The tub faucet was broken off the wall, part of the sink countertop was missing, and the toilet continued to run.

Room was dirty. Rug had areas that looked like it hadn't been vacuumed for a bit. Countertop in the bathroom had what looked like dried toothpaste on it. Room had a musty odor. Could easily hear tv from the next room. Needs updating overall.
