The room was clean but the tub and sinks held water. They did not drain good. Close to the beach. The staff was friendly.
Negatives:
The restaurant was not open for lunch and it was a little pricy. although the tiki bar was open there were Too many ants. And the pool area was kind of dark we couldnt see our way to the towels and it closed too early.

worst service ever. I did book my room from Booking.com and they wanna charge me almost doble the price. Jessie the receptionist told me they are fees and 50 dollars more just for guarantee. the first time my debit card didnt work and the price was 269.9 dollars then he tried again and charge me 299.99. after we tried for more than 5 times my payment went trough and I end up with a 299 charge on my debit card. I was already in my room and they knock the door. Jessie told me that the payment didnt went trough and I went back to the reception. I check my bank statements and the payment was already done. I show jessie the payment I told me that I need to make it again. this time they want to charge me 219.9 with fees. I didnt understand all the different prices that they give me and after tried again 5 more times my debit card was blocked. it was already 8pm the bank was closed I was with my wife and baby under the rain (big storm) looking what will do. Jessie and his patner didnt help at all and just told me that I need to call my bank for cancel the payment. after that I just left. late in the night I start to receive some calls from the resort and nobody talks after I answer. really scary. I just dont want anyone else go trough all this problems so just save for time and money and book other place.

The Resort has no beach service, no umbrellas are offered so we had to buy our own. The room was filthy and extremely dated and run down. Shower curtains and curtains above the AC were moldy.
