terribly dirty and well used. staff was not friendly immediately upon arrival. There was a leak over the shower in the room. There was a plumbing leak over the breakfast bar and they continued to serve breakfast while the leak took place. Gross!!!1

We were in desperate need to get a hotel and John at the front desk was very helpful. The staff is the only thing that seem to be right with this hotel.

This hotel is very rundown. Our first room, the sink was leaking and you can tell underneath it had been leaking for a while because the wood was rotted. The toilet black water was leaking. They had to move us to another room. And that room had issues too

Couches as you walk in are filthy & stained. Through in garbage and you get another star. A LOT of stuff doesn't work and a lot needing repair ... serious repairs. They are working on place though.

This hotel is a hot mess. It should not be open while it is undergoing renovation. It is filthy and falling apart. Shut it down. Renovate. THEN re-open.

There was a girl in the morning of 12/10 setting up for breakfast who was very pleasant and informative on hotel offerings

The hotel looked like it was needing refurbished. Our room had stains on the carpet and when pulling back the blanket to get in bed I found a roach in the sheets as well as in the refrigerator. The weekend breakfast was later than the weekly breakfast

Yes got locked in room. Nobody let me out doorknob broke I'm my hand. And cut me I bring it to there attention then to not give me another room tell me I'm not welcome back. Going to have to turn them in B.B.B one of the announcingnumber of room allowed
