Alot of things to much to write. Not wasting my time wish i could have gotten a full refund. awful place will not stay again.

Despite prepaying for my one night stay, the hotel insisted that I give them another credit card for incidentals. They then ran my card for the room cost, plus taxes of $---. I still have a bank hold on my account.I couldve stay at the Ritz Carlton.
