There were bugs in the bathroom area. The AC did not work correctly. The fridge was not working. Sheets were itchy. Outdoor upkeep was not kept up and it made the whole place look sketchy.

My family actually caught a stomach virus when we were there and the staff was more than accommodating with extra sheets, pillows, and towels.

Honestly, everybody was so accommodating I have nothing bad to say.

Check in was great! The staff was polite and very helpful. The room which we had booked was unavailable, so they found us another room.
Negatives:
The price point here was high. I did not get the king room I paid for. The place was under renovations, which look like they have been going on forever. Rooms were huge and not well furnished.
