Positives: Convenient business hotel in the close proximity (walking distance) of the University of South Florida campus. The check in and check out were fast, there was no waiting involved.
Negatives: The breakfast was OK, but basic and with the same rather limited selection during each day of our 6-night stay. The location is probably ideal for Busch Gardens (but we weren't there for that) and USF, but far from other interesting places to see in Tampa. The parking spots are quite narrow, and the room cleaning is not provided every day. The hotel was also quite expensive, especially for a week in February when no special event took place in the city, as far as I know.

Positives: Close to Busch Gardens and MOSI museum.
Negatives: 2nd night people jumping on our ceiling in the room above. Went to the front desk 4 times. She tells us she called and they stopped answering, and "it's Hilton's policy not to keep harassing them". We ask her to come down and listen to what is happening in our room as the walls are shaking. She does not come down. We are told the general manager will not be in for 4 days. Our grandkids were up past midnight due to the noise and wall shaking which continued. Upon checkout she offered me 8000 points, of which none has shown on our account. She stated since we booked through Booking.com they could not offer us a refund.
