Aesthetically, the approach to the hotel, the lobby, restaurant, fitness center and pool area were all lovely. Staff was very friendly
Negatives:
The hallway and rooms were a little gloomy. They need updating and more lighting. There were trays of dirty plates and glasses left out in the hallways for very long periods of time. We ordered room service twice and the breakfast was cold and the pancakes didnt include butter or syrup. Just a cold pancake on a plate. For dinner, I ordered and was charged for a chicken breast to go on my avocado salad. It was not included. When I mentioned the problem at the restuarant the next morning, they just said they were sorry and didn't offer to refund my money. Two meals ruined.
