Room smelled musty. Piles of leaves in the bottom of the pool However, when I asked for a net to clean leaves out myself. The front desk recept, came out and cleaned some of the leaves out of the pool herself. No laundry soap 4 sale, do have washer/dryer

I booked a room for 7days with a king room an bed was supposed to have a couch two bed side lamps an wall mounted TV etc but I never got any of that. Plus they took $50 on top of $856 an I haven't gotten that back yet. I feel as though the rate I paid for what I got wasn't right considering I never got what I booked. My son an I always made sure the room was cleaned an the last day we even rounded up all the dirty towels an put them together an the bedding to help the staff plus all our trash was kept together so they had easy cleaning.

Once we finally found it, we were demanded a $50 damage deposit each which was not noted in any paperwork. The rooms remained unmade and uncleaned, even the bathroom. It was run down, the toiler kept running and the bed linens were totally inadequate.

The staff was amazing! Denise, Kaiya, and Brittani were so helpful and went out of their way to be kind.

The family did not get food poisoning from breakfast. No bed bugs. Staff are friendly.

The elevator has not been inspected or passed an inspection for at least four years. You risk serious bodily injury by not using stairs. The hotel smells dank. This is much worse in the hallways.

The hotel is newly renovated by the new owners. It is clea and very comfortable. The woman at the front desk was delightful.

We could not find the hotel because there was no sign or signage on the building. It was by chance that we saw a very small one-sided sign that was not lighted on our thurd trip around the area.
