The location and ease of parking my small trailer makes this place ideal for me. I have stayed here numerous times. An the young man working the counter was doing his best with what he had available.He needs a promotion asap.
Negatives:
I booked a King Suite with a pull out sofa. They gave my room away and gave me a two queen bed sweet. Which would of been fine but one bed was broken and the A/C was broken. Nothing like sweating all nite with no option of switching rooms.
Positives:
Room was big and clean. The bedsheets were clean and staff was friendly. Breakfast at the hotel was Ok for a quick meal. However I would like to caution users about wrong doing of the Hotel2 Suites regarding not giving the room you payed for.
Negatives:
The room we reserved was not given to us. We booked a room with two queen bed and confirmed the reservation 5 days before and on the day of arrival. However upon our arrival, the room we booked was not available and we were given king bed suite.

The staff was wonderful..especially the night shift that took care of us..they went above and beyond to take care of us

The bathroom was dirty with dirty washcloths in the shower when we got there..ooh gross!
