The access to parking right outside the main entrance was very convenient. Our room was immaculate and up-to-date. The staff was pleasant and friendly. Breakfast included just made it very easy to start your day.
Negatives:
It would be nice if the hotel had lunch or quick grab sandwiches available. They offer Starbucks limited coffee and breads/ sweets. Would you be able to offer Starbucks sandwiches and snacks? It would also be convenient to have a micro wave in each room.

Very clean, updated and large room. Breakfast was good. We came here as a stopover during our trip and only stayed one night. Close to all the main streets and shopping.

To no fault of the hotel the city of west palm beach fell flat of what we expected and felt slightly unsafe in some areas.
