This was the nicest hotel we have ever been to, and most or that is due to the customer service we received. Stefan was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond to make us comfortable. The manager was wonderful, as well! We give them a 10 out of 10!

I saw a sign that said dont serve locals. Meaning the people that live in town or surrounding areas cant book a room there ?? I asked but never gotten a reason why. And need a better variety selection with the downstairs mini store.

The breakfast was ok . Would have been nice to have some milk for the two children and some yogurt.
Negatives:
The room was extremely dark. We had a leak in the bathroom I called the front desk about it and we couldn’t get the air to work she was very helpful and came right up to check it out. She got the air working maintenance was supposed to come the next morning to repair the leak it didn’t happen. We were supposedl to have checked out this morning but opted to go ahead and leave yesterday morning. We also didn’t feel as safe as we normally do there were homeless people at the entrance.don’t think we will be staying with Wyndham again. Also the check out lady said she would email my receipt I have yet to receive it.

Noise. So much noise. I did not sleep well. Noise from the elevator. Plus the piping made a lot of noise. The front desk didn't offer ear plugs.
