The location to the market. The staff were amazing. Everything was great except the ice makers only worked on a couple of floors and 2 of the elevators were broken. There are TOO many people there during market for the elevators to be broken.

Arrived at 11:30pm to check in to find out that they had overbooked the hotel and did not have a room for us. With 2 exhausted, miserable sleepy children after a long day of traveling, to say this was shocking and upsetting would be an understatement. Whats worse is the girl at the front desk who informed us of this was rude, with a thick attitude and zero apology for the inconvenience it caused us. We were sent to stay at a different hotel 20 miles away and were not refunded for our stay at Aloft.
