Infested with multiple types of insects, mouse poop in the corners of the room, towels were USED and heavily soiled, muddy footprints throughout the room, 3/4" gap around the door, making it completely insecure.

Location is not bad for the money. Some restaurants nearby in walking distance. Room is a fair size.
Negatives:
No hot water. A bit of street noise. Poor pillows. Room wasn't cleaned although requested. No remote in room for TV until requested a few times.
